To ensure you secure your preferred venues, we highly recommend making reservations at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance, particularly for peak weekends.
If you’re feeling adventurous and prefer a spontaneous approach, please remember to RSVP at least 72 hours in advance. However, please note that without this notice, we cannot guarantee availability.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due before or upon arrival, depending on the venue’s policy. Your deposit will be applied to your final bill in venue.
Are the venues walkable?
Almost all of them are! Majority of our partnered venues are within walking distance of each other, making it easy to experience multiple locations in one night. Luckily there are tons of easy transportation options between venues!
Can we request special decorations or signage?
Absolutely! We offer a range of personalized options, including custom signs, themed decorations, and tailored menus to elevate your event.

Yes! Our packages include complimentary or express entry to participating venues, so you won’t have to worry about paying cover fees.
What happens if we need to cancel?
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. Last-minute cancellations will result in a fee charged to the cardholder.
What if someone in our group can’t make it?
If your group size changes, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to adjust your package accordingly.
